不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜與搪瓷反應(yīng)釜結(jié)構(gòu)性能區(qū)別

不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜:有加熱迅速、耐高溫、耐腐蝕、衛(wèi)生、無(wú)環(huán)境污染、勿需鍋爐自動(dòng)加溫、使用方便等特點(diǎn),廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工、橡膠、農(nóng)藥、染料、醫(yī)藥、食品、用來(lái)完成硫化、硝化、氫化、烴化、聚合、縮合等工藝過程,是以參加反應(yīng)物質(zhì)的充分混合為前提,對(duì)于加熱、冷卻、和液體萃取以及氣體吸收等物理變化過程均需要采用攪拌裝置才能得到到好的效果,并可為客戶設(shè)計(jì),加工外盤管反應(yīng)釜?! ?/p>

不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜的結(jié)構(gòu)與性能:設(shè)備主要由罐體、夾套、攪拌系統(tǒng)三大部分組成?! ?br /> 1、不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜的材料:與物料接觸部分均采用304或316L等優(yōu)質(zhì)不銹鋼制造,符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。  
2、不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜的配件:攪拌形式多用框式攪拌,確保物料在短時(shí)間內(nèi)均勻調(diào)和;同時(shí)可根據(jù)需要選用框式、錨式、漿式等。  密封采用衛(wèi)生級(jí)機(jī)械密封,可以保證罐內(nèi)的壓力及防止罐內(nèi)物料泄漏而造成不必要的污染;接口采用ISO標(biāo)準(zhǔn)快裝卡箍式,方便衛(wèi)生;  無(wú)菌呼吸器,CIP清洗噴頭、視鏡、法蘭、衛(wèi)生快開人孔等?! ?br /> 3、不銹鋼反應(yīng)釜的表面處理:內(nèi)表面采用鏡面拋光,確保無(wú)衛(wèi)生死角,全封閉的設(shè)計(jì)確保物料始終處于無(wú)菌狀態(tài),外表面可選噴砂、磨砂、冷軋?jiān)珌喒馓幚??! ?br /> 4、加熱冷卻:加熱方式可選蒸汽、電加熱、導(dǎo)熱油,以滿足耐酸、耐堿、耐高溫、耐磨蝕、抗腐蝕等不同工作環(huán)境的工藝需要。

搪瓷反應(yīng)釜:搪瓷反應(yīng)釜是將含高二氧化硅的玻璃,襯在鋼制容器的內(nèi)表面,經(jīng)高溫灼燒而牢固地密著于金屬表面上成為復(fù)合材料制品。所以,它具有玻璃的穩(wěn)定性和金屬?gòu)?qiáng)度的雙重優(yōu)點(diǎn),是一種優(yōu)良的耐腐蝕設(shè)備。已廣泛地應(yīng)用于化工、石油、醫(yī)藥、農(nóng)藥、食品等工業(yè)。 

搪瓷反應(yīng)釜技術(shù)規(guī)范:使用壓力,耐酸性,耐堿性,操作溫度,瓷層厚度,耐壓電,耐沖擊性,如何防止搪瓷脫落和搪瓷重塑性?!?/p>
